If you have PT 1.14 firmware, it often pops up on the screen.

You just need what's before the -.

Hit the Menu button on your remote and then choose the Information Menu

It should be listed third or fourth from the top.

Personally do not trust Dual Firmware boxes

E2 & Android

Wetek Play & Play 2 never worked well
Zgemma H9 E2 & Android was a disaster

I dont think i could live with another dual firmware failure.

Tryed several boxes (no-enigma & android).

Because it has a terrible menu, and it's slow in changing channels..and then you have to use two remote controls, it seems to me that it doesn't have hdmi-cec

i have the Viark Combo box which i only took out of the cupboard yesterday from 2 years in hibernation lol and i find it super fast in switching channels , i believe it is a downgrade from the 4k version!
