I think that was when eurosport 4k was in testing mode and not truly encrypted. I think it was stable on the android boxes from viark just not the sat and sat 4k.

It was more then Eurospoet but very unstable.

Anyone can explain me how can i return to the sw version 1.19 on viark sat 4K (i installed last 1.21 few days ago and i have a lot of problems, boot loops)?

You can flash it in the normal way with any version you choose but follow the following method for best result.
Perform a factory reset (after backing up your channel list)
Flash with the firmware of your choice
Perform another factory reset then reload your channel list

Agree. No hardware fault in your receiver in my opinion.
The fact that the same splitter works well with other devices does not mean nothing.
Unfortunately these are very cheap HDMI splitter, and I experienced exactly the same situation with one of that some years ago.
So, buy a good, not so cheap 4K one and you will solve your problem.

I winced at paying £40 for another splitter, but that has indeed resolved the problem. Thanks to all those who commented on this problem.

Re: the BISS key 'ADD/EDIT' etc screen.........as a further test for manual input of keys:-

a) Disabled the WiFi connection so Auto BISS would not update.
b) Path to the 'Key Menu' screen, entered the key section for BISS.
c) No problem to edit the 'SR, SID (DEC to HEX) and 'Rename'.
d) ¿Where on the remote/which button to alter the Polarity value?

Yes, the alternative cure is to edit an already existing frequency with the 'H/V' value in situ but not the real answer!!

After a few days use now, the 4K is a great addition to the receiver collection.

You can not enter the polarity but its not needed, channel will clear.

Try to add (red button) may first appear tp h/v Polarity for add new transponder only .

Anyone that wants a viark which may or may not work for you. Definitely doesnt for me. Tried mine recently , updated, still rgecsane issue. Someone can have. Does have 2 years on the sub.
