You still need to download the wanted plugins from the forum to your PC.
After that use DCC to upload the plugin to your box.

The TSpanel is not a blue panel you start it from the menu button top option.

If you install the latest ssl84 prepatched images it will update the bootloader at the same time.
Or you can use the nfi version of the ssl and flash it via your browser just as you would with a image. just flashing the ssl normally does not effect the image you have installed at the moment.

Since we are taking about ssl84 i asume you have a sim2 clone so this is the bootloader you want
