No voice on some channels !

Hi,
I dont have voice on some channels in my DM800HD .
I have checked VPID and APID in sattelite.xml it was correct
How can I fix that?

Try a reboot

If it is only on one channel, it could be from the source.
If it is on many channels and the reboot (as suggested by Gerry55) did not solve your problem, try another cable between your box and the TV.

in other devices it has sound,but I don't have sound in my dm800
it is strange fore me !!!

Basic i know mate but have you tried pressing the audio button on the remote and choosing another audio stream ?

You could try another image.
Some people reported that they got sound with some images that was not active with others.

happens to me sometimes on both de4 and openpli, reboot has always sorted it.

I guess it could be down to poor channel settings. Maybe audio details have changed from what you think they are.

Have you done a manual rescan ?

in nemesis,icvs and newnigma I did not have voice

Check the plugin AudioSync if you have it.

Sometimes this plugin makes delays in AutoMode on some channels, wich can produce a failure to the sound of it.

it has just one audio streaming
I have checked the Apid , it is correct
I have changed my image to official image 3.2.4
scan hotbird
but t.tv with no voice
in other devices (starsat,strong & ...) it have voice
There is some problem with my DM800HD
I can not find it

okay mate hers solution for u go to nearest petrol station
and buy one liter petrol

then go to your roof or next to ur dish and try to fill your receiver with petrol

and then final part try to burn it with match box plz .


if u read technod post u will get the answer

and without being harsh i can confirm that channel has got audio issue and nothing u can do about it its not image cam sat dish cable f connector its that chnl got no audio just wait and hope they will fix
