Added compilations oscam-1.10-stable from Dax linch.
Added version oscam-1.20-unstable_svn, build # 5988 (i386-pc-cygwin-pcsc) tested on seven ultimate 64x
oscam.conf to read user pass and http porta

DVBAPI: Improve reopenonzap functionality to check for otherwise used ca device (recording) and so that device is not opened/closed multiple times on zap anymore. Changed some integers to explicit size definitions.

oscam-config: do not use blacklist for HAVE_DVBAPI define.

HAVE_DVBAPI should be defined only on Linux.
