dream 800 not booting

i have dreambox 800 it stop on booting
it give ip when i want flashing an it flashing done and ok
i try many image it accept image but when want booting it stop
any idea

if you have original box then it should be ok with DE image
do you have null cable? if yes load image with dreamup it will take log time but will work 100%

i try many image ok now i try dream elite
i use lan cable and firefox for flashing

i think it is hardware may be tuner problem
do you think

also its good if you use IE browser Fierfox has some bugs

i don't think its tuner problem mate but that my option maybe other members has other options

If your 800s stops the booot cycle on booting 9 times out of 10 it is a hardware fault.

Take the top off then unscrew all the screws on the rear panel then remove the tuner you have to be quite firm with it.

Now try booting my guess is it will now boot indicating your tuner is broke and needs replacing.

i put out my tuner and now booting without tuner
i think my tuner broken
i have now problem.can i change my tuner?i can change it by instalation but i dont know if want any program or code or any software any body know that?

Hello mate

To swap to a new tuner is as easy as it was to take it out. Just power down replace it and reboot.

Goggle dm800 revision m tuner and you'll find some where to get it from.
