wetek play crashed

unboxed wetek play ,connected as instructed ,powered on and followed wizard instructions. updated , registered, then logged into google , updated five apps then screen went black and blue power light flashed on ,off, after couple of minutes turned off power unplugged cable, waited plugged back in , will not power on . can you advise?

Have you tried the reset button underneath the unit ?

yeah, try to update a new image using the update button underneath the wetek

you need to download the files from android v1.1.5, copy to the mSD card and give it a go.

Thanks for your quick replies and soloutions ,but as this is a brand new unused wetek play box , should i have to be installing an update android root? Have emailed Wetek will wait for their answer. New to these boxes ,hoped it would be an upgrade from Minix neo x8h. Are they good when up and running properly?

wetek play up and running, the new ac adapter was faulty got replacement from Maplins. Thanks for your help.
