Hi All,

What is actually required to get the Webtv to work? If I try it, I get a Nothing to Play error message.
Are they special codecs required?
Same with streaming, if I Click on Stream channel, I get a Error syncing to strean message.

Hi mate

I don't use webtv never had much luck with it.

How i view my VU on my PC is simple.

If your on XP or Vista install VLC on you PC.

Type your VU IP into your browser.

On the left hand side click bouquets and a channel you like to watch.

At the right hands side of the channel info you'll see a TV screen double click it and you'll see a VLC popup select open and then you'll see the channel.

If you using windows 7 you don't need VLC installing as WMP will open the stream.

Thanks Mate, working good though HD channels are streaming like a slide show and some channels not streaming at all like Euronews for example, need to play more with it I guess.

HD streaming like a slide show i guess will be a network limitation. My cat5 wired VU has no trouble streaming HD.

Try a reboot of all your kit router and VU with the VU put it in to deep standby and then power down and back up.
