Watching BISS on PC

I recorded biss scrambled program on Dreambox but forgot to enabled cw reader. I got TS file and key. Is there any possibility to watch it? Is e.g. TSReader able to decrypt BISS scrambled channel?
Mayby with any plugin similar to PowerVu?
Or any other program where I can load scrambled TS file and put biss key to watch on PC.

VLC will do if you enter the key under Demuxers/MPG-TS/ in the preferences menu
Enter the key in both CSA entries incl chksum and no spaces like 11223366445566FF

Yes, TSReader can do it.
Plugins => BISS => Change Key.

Also you can decrypt file offline by TSDec https://sourceforge.net/projects/tsdec/

None, works out of the box
In preferences remember to select "show all"

CSA decryption is implemened in VLC for years.
You can also start VLC using the command line and using ts-csa-ck option
