For when i have know not for all the keys there is need to have any cam,for example for then espn on astra 19.2e there is not need to any softcam.

yes you need to use a softcam or CI module and a sat box with Common interface slot to open any crack'd pay tv channls that has public keys available and need to update the softcam file when keys change aswell ,
not many encrypted channels clear with softcam as those days are almost all but gone
You dont have linux box so therefor to get the best out of your sat dish this maybbe where you need to Upgrade your existing box or buy a card for a particular package that you most wanna see .
With linux boxes [ dreambox/ VU+/ Technomate etc.. } possibility is endless with what channels and packages is possible to see but you would obviously require a decent card anyhow if your going down the c/s route or take a chance with free servers which can be very unreliable .
If not then basically you'll have to settle for the quite limited amount of channels that are clearing via Softcam keys at the moment .
it would help this thread a lot if you did at least mention what satellite box you do have currently ??
And what size dish ? fixed on one sat or motorised ?
what satellites you can pick up ?
all this should help with giving you more accurate info as nobody here has a crystal ball im afraid
