Want to uprage from dm800hd clone

Hi I had a dm800hd clone with rev m tuner for a whilethat I am quite happy

with especially for fringe reception in spain for sky uk.

I am thinking in upgrading

My question is is vu+duo tuner or dm800se clone as good as for weak channels?????

Any feedback would be appreciated:thum:

I have both mate the VU+ tuner wont be as good for weak channels ive did some testing when i firt got the VU+ and it was not as good as the tuner in my original 800 and its not as good as the tuner in my 800se clone.

Well Idid some today with bcm4505(dm800se) tuner in my dm800hd,

and is not nowhere near as good I lose about 2 to 3% strength in signal reception.

I guess If you say vu duo is worse that dm800se Ill stay with my alps rev m

tuner.


Until I can find a tuner as good that is it 4 me

So If someone wants a bcm4505 tuner with back plate is up for sale...
