Vu Duo HDD

Hi Everybody,
Just got my Vu Duo and I am wondering what kind of HDD to buy.
Looking in the manual it doesnt say anything about HD. Somewhere in a forum I have seen that a 5400 RPM HD is preferable. Nowdays
most of the 3.5 inch SATA drives come in 7200 RPM. I wonder if the 5400 RPM are more suitable for the set. Any sugestions welcomed.

3.5 inch 5400rmp to keep the noise down mate 7200 is not needed.

Samsung eco green do a quite 5400 1TB drive i use one in mine.
