Updates are for correction. Problems: Perhaps Viark Sat engineers did not request an update to solve or add any new feature I spoke in general to clarify. I thought he meant But the Chinese work with several companies and they are the ones who send updates, So far, the server upgrade 144 update has not arrived Now we just have to wait

The main one is updating to server 1.44

They haven't added the sid's for most of the SD channels, either because they can't be bothered, they show SD channels on a different (lower) subscription or because they want to keep load down on the servers.

There is no "technical" reason for them not to open.

Yes I have this subscription, but can't open National Geographic SD on frequency 11836 H.
Does it open for you?

or do i need to guess which satellite or package you are referring to ??

This is correct in theory because there is no pairing, but in practice I've tested ten servers and none of them opens Uk SD channels

Your just not getting the correct server. I have those channels open on my euro line but its a premium.

Not positive on this but don't you just leave it on the channel for a short time and then it opens. It's called autobiss I believe.

If on the rare occasion the Viark does not find the key you can enter it manually like this.

How to enter Biss Keys on the Viark.

Tune in a Biss feed & leave it on the channel,
Press F1 147 on remote, ("F1" on the 4k box is the "info" button), or "MENU" - "Net & Games" - "Key Menu"
In the Biss Keys section press the Red "Add" button - scroll right to just under where it says "Key" & enter the 16 digit key - scroll down to "OK" & press OK on the remote, next enter the Frequency & Symbol Rate at the bottom - eg: 12735 7200, (There's no way to enter the H or V Polarity but it won't matter), then scroll down again to "OK" & press OK on the remote, check that the Keys & Frequency are correct & exit out, change to another channel and then back again.

Ok next question, I got my fish pointing at 16E and digitalb SS channels are clearing, how can i manually scan a transponder as the boxing ones are not in my transponder list ?

you have to add this on the transponder list. There is an option to add and then go to bottom and scan in TP and signal bar will increase if you can catch signal

BISS Key AU function does not work with PT 1.18 .
you likely need to manually input Biss key instead .
