Important Notice: The results of maintenance on the server since yesterday and today indicate a significant number of satellite receivers experiencing disruptions in their connection to the server, resulting in improper functionality. Additionally, the Sky Italy package has been suspended since the morning.

Please refrain from intervening or making any adjustments to your devices until the normal state is restored, as it was, without any interference on your part.

Please note that the current server status is unstable, and this situation has persisted since yesterday. The source confirms that this issue is not related to the type of subscription you possess, whether regular, SP, or VIP. The malfunction pertains to the satellite receivers themselves, affecting a considerable number of devices currently. Therefore, alerting and warning about this situation is crucial.

Kindly await the restoration of the regular state without any intervention on your part.

Yes as @raul7 said the restoration of the regular state seems to have occurred at least until we see what the upcoming weekend will be like ...in other words someone simply F'd Up something and knocked out everyone for past few days .

Maybe server was attacked or there has been a DC breakdown, none of us know hopefully back sorted as it's been super reliable all the time I have owned the stb.👍

nobody will ever know for sure only those that have access to the server itself .
indeed a number of factors in having it work for as many channels as it does and likely takes a little problem to make everything go t1ts up .
@raul7 does not mention anything about attacks so likely DC outage it happens often even with ip tv ,
just a shame not more can be added on 1W it would be something if more could be done with that satellite
since every other sat has lots to offer : )

Unfortunately we lost Bein Sport France some month ago. When I got my stb last year it was ok, including all Bein Max. Very interesting channels. Hopefully in the future again.

They are not stable
It works on match days but its not stable
And not every channel works

I have not had one key found on both my Sat 4K and Droi 4K for over two weeks. Its almost as if I have been blacklisted even though I can find nothing wrong my end.

@ dog-man it's the same here for me with the Sat 4K yet my Starsat T14 is working fine.

I have found going back to PT 1.12 on the 4k gives better biss key results. On the Sat 2.16 seems to be the firmware best suited for Auto biss update.

I can confirm that after going from 2.16 to 2.18 on Viark Sat the auto biss failed miserably, I factory reset, manually loaded 2.16 again then performed factory reset again and all was good again.

I'm speaking of the Viark Sat 4K, firmware is 1.16 here.
As I know, the key was always the same on all 3 feeds, but I clear only 1 and 2 yet. As I mentioned, the third one (11056H) is stuck on "Updating biss key" message. Very very strange.... I do not know.
No problem on other feeds, keys are always updated correctly.
