What name your motor dish ?

When you installed it for the first time, did you try the motor buttons west /east and it moved? If it does not move, then the problem is with the motor

Yea i tried buttons and no movement, wondering if its a power issue, could the f-connector be the issue?

Just had a thought, does the type of coax matter, currently using the old sky twin coax cable feed, i didnt run a new cable, will run a temp cable tomorrow to test.

Ok couldn’t wait, just run a fresh normal
Coax to test, still the same, green light goes orange when i press button and i hear the click and thats it, goes back to green after a few seconds.

Yes the are labeled, LNB and Receiver.

Yes reset viark to factory default and pressed the reset button on the motor.
