If that's on the viark then after you have set your usals up you have to go into each satellite and enable that satellite to use usals. Each satellite needs basically turning on to use the motor. You could also install a channel list and each satellite should be turned on.

Yea thats what i have done, each sat lists USALS under motor but i cannot get it to move, not even manually?

Something is telling me this is a schoolboy error but cant see where, if motor has a light i assume its getting power

Do you know which satellite the dish is parked at the moment? Can you select that satellite and try and get any type of signal on it? Your don't seem to have any quality on that transponder.

Stupid question have you pushed the sat button on remote. Some of the viark remotes are different and did not have it. That changes the satellite you choose.

No question is stupid at the moment :)

Yea im able to select a different sat but no movement, as i said i would expect to be able to move the dish pressing and holding the button on the motor?

In one of the pictures above your motor rotation speed is set at 0.2 you try change it to 4.0 or higher. See if that makes a difference. Is this a new install and has the motor moved before?

This is a brand new motor and dish, never used before, could the motor be faulty?

Also should i expect to see a motor moving image on screen?

Back to biss just to say that I had no issues with my Viark 4k to find keys in almost one year of usage.
Obviously this forum is another very great source, but I think that the best one is to build a good setup.
I think that V1 is better than V2 although a little bit slower. A good PC with such nvidia card is enough.

You won't see a motor moving icon on viark sat or 4k, you see the icon on E2 boxes.
