via 2.6 not clearing channels

i have evoloutin 2.4 installed on a dm500s with cccam, when i put on a via 2.6 channel the v is red then changes to green but the screen is blank

any ideas

just tried lbc europe, deepamtv, baby tv europe

nothing happening

viaccess 2.6 is NOT opened now, only xxx channels on hotbird
