Usb stick not found on DM800

hi
does anyone have an idea why Flashwizard does not recognize my usb-stick while it is recognized by the device manager of any image in the flash?
I used this usb-stick in my DM7020 before and I formatted it in FAT with HP-tool before inserting it into the DM800.
The device manager gives me this info during the initialisation: "no primary partition is maked bootable" (cf. pic 3). If this is the problem, how can I fix that?

Thx for helping.

so I followed the instructions but it does not work, not via telnet, not via download panel.
On my DM800 (gemini latest in flash) it says "not successful, maybe you should try to run ipkg update" ... whatever this is?

On my DM8000 (nabilo v12) it says "looks like this image doesn't have usb enabled kernel ... B.A will not install..."
I have no idea what to do!

With the pendrive plugged USB into DM800.

With the program DCC E2, Tools --> IPKG Packages --> Update Packages.

Then, with Upload Packages you install the last drivers for your original DM800 or the drivers modified for your clone.-

Sorry for my english.-
