You need a server that has access to sky uk sd. These are very few and far between. Does your current server say that they open with his package?

Yes you a either a genuine card of your own or a share from somewhere that has the card in their server.

There most likely is bit more also but since SD is being totally Phased out rapidly your Freesat [ NOT FTV ] Card will be totally invalid quite soon .
so really its not worth any effort since whatever your card does open now would be totally switched off and ceased broadcasting over the next couple of months so its going to be soon an irrelevant question i'm afraid .

Well ... E4, E4 +1, More 4, More 4 +1, Film 4 and Film 4 +1 are unencrypted. So I won't need a card for those.
In the meantime I found out that the encrypted STV HD channels decrypt with stream relay with this card.
Someone gave me a Sky card which I was told it is a Sky Freesat or Sky FTV card. You tell me what the difference is since I am unaware.
This card only used to decrypt 4music (when it was on a Europe beam) and the local TV stations (now only London Live left).
Even when I got it when the entitlements will still valid, but I had no iCAM then.
I know it will be phased out, still fun as long as it lasts.

i'm afraid not since as mentioned SD is being Phased out quickly .
its very much a pointless project no doubt at all ....Sky Have already announced the End of Your Card will be End of October [ R.I.P ] and your "FTV" A.K.A Freesat Card will then be totally Invalid in the next 6-8 weeks so i fail to see why you are so determined and totally insist that this card will be useful to anyone or anything ??? sorry to break the bad News to You ....but i am simply being realistic : )
