Tune failed 3,2,1

Hi,
I got a problem with some chnnels like luxe HD tv 23,5E, got information tuned failed and counting 3,2,1. chengiging many seetings didnt help with it. I don't know what to do more about it.
When I get into the signal info I see that the signal is chenging from 0% to 70 % or more in a second and the same second by second.

Any suggestions. thanks

Are your running a switch these are the cause of most Tuned failed issues. Your fluctuating signal level must be a dish end problem, dish alignment lnb switch.

I am running a switch, I changed LNB for new one and got the same problem, siglal level signal is ok - about 70%, most HD chalnnels are working fine, expept few werer I got this fluctuating signal. That happend after chcnging last setting and I cant get rid of this.
