Transfer CCcam Settings & Channels

Hi All Experts,
I have a Dm500 which i want to transfer the CCcam settings & channels to my new Dm7020Hd V2. What tools is easy to use and how can i do this?

Just FTP in to your var/etc folder and save the CCcam.cfg use DCC or Filezilla.

As for your settings there not going to be of much use on a HD box anyway.

Thanks for the quick reply! Firstly let me explain my configuration, the Dm500 image is PLi Jade20080718 and the CCcam is v.2.0.9 and the CCcam.cfg file is in var/etc folder. As for the Dm7020Hd v2, the image is Newnigma2 v4.0.9 and the CCcam is v2.1.1 and the CCcam.cfg file is in etc folder.
Did you mean to say that I just need to save this CCcam.cfg file from var/etc folder at Dm500 to etc folder to over-right the CCcam.cfg file at Dm7020?
How about the channels at Dm500, how to transfer them over?

yes, thats okay
channels....
dm500 is E1-image, so you can transfer (read/write)with dreamset,
but thats not good, so your new box is hd-box and E2-image, also.. in your old box is nothing hd-channels.
scan channels new and be happy

I had set my Dm500 in the Setup tab and able to connect, but when select “LOAD”, or “OK” nothing happens. I try on all the tabs such as, “ Organise Lists” and the rest. There is nothing.

You must try differents setup for because there is many possibility. The 500 is E1 right? Every time you try you should test configuration & have 4 OK **** example mine in E2

Satelittes.xml is in /var/etc
Services.Bouquetes in /var/tuxbox/config/enigma
to read (DM500)
to write -new box-
/etc/tuxbox
and
/etc/enigma2

I tried using Dreamset and only able to get 3 Ok. But when I select “Open”, it when to the Dreamset239 folder and selected the “service” file. I guess I go to my Dm500 folder, right? But I could not locate it.
Please Help!

if 3 times okay. push transfer and read, so you will have channels from 500.
if all okay...
push settings, change firmware from E1 to E2 (dreambox 7025), save it -left side-, on right side load it.
now transfer and write.

Thanks very much! I had transferred the channels from my Dm500 to Dm7020 but can’t view the channels as it appears nothing (black) and no sound. I had also copy the file CCcam.cfg at var/etc folder of Dm500 to etc folder of Dm7020. Is it due to the CCcam v.2.0.11 of Dm7020 not programming correctly? I had read the CCcam Tutorial PART 1 to 4, but when I try as instructed, I am already stuck at pg1where it says,
“At the prompt, type “CCcam-dv” “ ???
How to program it, please teach me!
