to run plugins of usb or hdd on dm800

Flash expander is one that I can remember the name of, that will do what you want there are other just can not think of the plugin names.

I use meoboot ....put a image in flash then upto 8 images on usb ...works a treat and i never get to fill the memory

thanks rhurbarb that sounds like the ticket must give it a go m8,for im getting the greenscreen on the flashexpander trying to set it up. btw i forgot to mention im using openpli 2.1 image.

welcome marty..i recommend putting dreamelite 4 on flash and then the openpli on the usb stick ,but if you use a clone you will have to put a 1.6 image on flash as oe 2.0 images may give problems on clones ...pm sent

i use
dreamelite 4 on flash
oozoon oe 2.0 in usb

Would u plz post link for meoboot. Coz I thought they only support vu and new blackhole images.

I use OE1.6 Blackhole 1.7.0 on Dm800
I tried BA before, but want to see if meoboot more friendly!
Can I use OE2 images on Clone 800??

Meoboot is user friendly..I eventually got barry allen to work but never wanted to use it again as it was a ball ache for me ..If you use meoboot you have to make sure you setup your usb in storage devices before you load up meoboot thats very important..Im on a orignal dm but im its the same procedure on the clone Cheers

Apparently not but its worth asking the forum as oe 2.0 on my box works brilliantly
