TM-500 Channel help

Hi all,
A friend has the technomate TM-500 box which I dont really know that much about since I'm running a Tm nano 2 super.
Basically most of the sky channels have stopped working. Any help is idiots guide to help me get this problem sorted.

Transfer a new channel list or rescan. Catseye 28e setting are good and you can transfer them with Dreamset and this guide.

I did do a couple of scans for him and the odd one started working again just most wasn't. Il try that

i have tm500 technomate and it wont let me rescan channels . the box where it should read astra 28 deg is red and wont let you pull it down . any suggestions
