the remote control

hi guys, just got my duo2

anyone else notice that the remote control is not as good as the remote that came with the duo. I have to point the remote directly at the duo2 where with the duo remote I could point it anywhere in the room.

try it for yourself, or it is just mine. thanks guys

Has anyone got the smaller duo2 remote, how good is it

Thats the handset causing the trouble I tried my old Harmony 525 it works 100% better than the original remote no need to point ,works ok even point to complete different direction ,Got myself a harmony 200 better than stock remote but not as good as 525...
p.s box updated to latest drivers etc.

what i notice is when i turn my VU+ Ultimo on I have to point the remote directly at the box after about 15mins start working better thats what i notice with my box
