Sunray sr4 a8p tune fail please help !!!!!!

Hoello please somebody can help me , I have this big problem .
I bought one dm800se sr4 a8p simcard I installed and configured it with the leatest image correctly with triple tuner drivers and settings,but after rebooting it show me no signal tune fail only in two satellites astra 19 and eutelsat 16 .I testet several images but the same I changed 2 diseqc but the same and in the end I tested my friends receiver vu uno org it's working well on all satelites.I tested it in another location and it working well and now I don't know what can I do, if anybody faced this problem please help me.I will apreceate your help thanks.

One of the reasons for this problem with some receivers is when the signal is below their thresh-hold.
Try changing the power supply or the cable coming down from the dish (if it is old).

Have to agree with the above if you have tested the sr4 elsewhere and it is fine then it has to be your dish setup.

LNB,Cable and switch or long run of cable wasting to much milliamps.

ok thanks for your help dish setup it's fine because it's working well with another receiver vu+ uno on both satellites only with sunray 4 receiver no signal on astra 19 and eutelsat 16 otherwise thanks for your advice.

You have not mentioned your location.
If you are at the fringe of these satellite coverage, this may be due to the tuner thresh-hold not getting as much of a signal as the other receivers (with more sensetive tuners).
If you have acces to another tuner (Rev.M), you can try it and see the results.

But you state the sr4 works elsewhere so what else can it be other than the dish end ?

Just because a vu works is no guarantee a DMM box will different equipment and notoriously picky with switches.

i have exactly the same problem on eutelsat16???
i have bought other tuner and its the same fault, no channel on scan eutelsat( find about 250 channels only, missed channels team sat with good signal), hotbird sirius and thor works good.

i have testet with single sunray tuner in the same box and channels works good. so to replace tuner not help, i thing its somthing with driver or with the tunner,

Maybe you should not use the trial tuner driver.

Flash your sr4 with just a 800SE image if you have the same issue its simple tuner is weak or signal is not good enough.

i have sunray sr4 a8p sim, tested with original newnigma, openpli and newnigma, nemesis. with original driver and not work.

tested with two boxes and two trial tunneres and its same problem eutelsat missing lot of channels,
when i put single tuner all works fine.

when i upgrade tuner to trial tuner driver its the same problem??

maybe its some hardware problem on trial tuner.
on eutelsat i find total tv with 7 db signal but no team sat with 9 db signal.

yeah it looks like the sr4 tuner is not working on those frequencies. Nothing you can do then.
