i get a dm800 from a friend to repair. i think its a clone. is no more booting. over telnet i get this info

which image should work on this box? if i try to flash with dream up i get always error message during flashing.

Take a look at the sim and describe it we need to know what sim version you have. Can not remember a ssl65 on a 800 could be wrong probably am. Sometime if a sim goes faulty or does not make proper contact the bios can report a strange ssl.

sim 2.01 is it. what can i do? box is no more booting and flashing gets always wrong. see..

I take you you tried the extra tab in dreamup and recover bad sectors.

To me it does look like your flash is faulty but do try another image.

but bad sectors 20 times never recovered...

how can find out which image the right one is for this box???

Bought new sim 2.01 put on a ssl82 with image and work fine for me know
so i think your sim is faulty ,and you should trie a new sim,or perhaps you have another dm 800 where you can put that sim in box with error

Some people reported immediate repair.
Others took hours.
Just leave it in that mode and go to bed.
Hopefully when you wake up it has worked.

I am sure that our friend mFaraj has an answer.
You can also try the forum name displayed in the software to get an answer from Yassinove.​
