SBCL Help pls !!!

I've got SBCL_by_PLFF_TEAM -TPS-07.07 . I've done all the settings in PC and STB, but TPS channels won't work. Anyone know what additional settings I must do in my PC? so:Ferguson,COM1,vplug active..... What else? Pls help.
