Removing NLB image?

Is there anyway of going back to an offical image? The latest NLB seems to stick around despite what I try..

If you got a hdd inside you just ftp any other image to /media folder then visit NLB web interface and go to firmware options to upgrade firmware.
That's seems to me like the easiest way.
Other then that you can use flashtools or upgrade from usb stick.

Thanks. I think I was only re-flashing with a 5MB image rather than the full 24MB image.
