remote control off

hi to all,
I having problems with my remote control,it doesn't work anymore.I changed many images and still nothing.I also took another new,black one,and the result is the same.How can I fix this?

Have you checked the IR receiver on your receiver front?
It may have moved or defective.

Make sure the remote still function you can do this with the camera off a mobile phone . Press a button on the remote while watching through the mobile phone camera you should see the remote light up .

thank you,I tried the camera trick and it works.So I have to change the ir receiver inside the box.thank you at all
