record radio with red button

I have got Dreambox 800 HD, IMG Nemesis 2.3 last secondstage and setting from Vhannibal. I have big problem. I can not record from radio red button. I hear sound, but I cannot record. Can you help me?

Is this the black or silver remote ?

When you press the red button do you see a popup with recording options?

No I can not see it. I have black remote.
The whole TV screen shows the name of the radio station. I push the red button but does not record the election.

Have you tried the radio button ?

Not in-front of mine if no one else answers this ill check this out when i get home.

Yes, I tried the radio button, but not set record.
The problem is not at Likra´s setting.
