Ok you need to select back up/load from main screen, then chose and select your usb stick and then the file you want from the usb stick. You must make sure the dual can see the stick.

No idea can you change them are you trying to load other receiver's software or earlier versions.

You need to turn on every satellite you want to view to use usuals. Select channel search, then choose satellite, them choose motor and the select the satellite by toggling left and right and then tab down to motor and toggle left or right and select usuals. Exit out and this should allow the dish to move to that satellite.

When the receiver has finished scanning push the ok button, push the red button for satellite and then select the satellite you wish to view.

The device does not find all frequencies in the channel search,
Example: 12245 H
DVB-S2/8PSK
27500 finds 5/6,12329 H
DVB-S2/8PSK
6666 does not find 2/3,
So, it finds 27500 and 30000 sr. It doesn't find 7000 or 15000 sr. What can I do about it?

Wait for the next firmware update, that issue should be fixed.

Blind scan done on all the major sat, just finishing it now.
