problem upgrading orig dm 800hd

I have been spending last couple of hours getting no where trying to upgrade a orig dm 800hd box on #76 dream elite.
I have tried both of the second stage loaders .ipk and bin but every time I get errors while installing.
Anyone get any ideas help would be appreciated.

its usually ok by just flashing a new image as that will have the later bootloader included

To flash anything beyond 84 image wise youll need to flash the 84 ssl then image same goes for ssl version after that.

Well thats what i find on my original 800.

I have tried flashing dreambox-secondstage_84-r12.0_dm800.ipk and the bin version and direct image all come with errors, via web interface and null modem. On the ipk I tried via plugins and manual install of ipk file.

I am using ItalySat on my 800SE nice image my mate is using it on his 800

add the extra url for cams unzip and ftp to ETC folder and restart enigma afterwards
