how can i configure cross epg in this image to start the downloader?

Start Cross EPG under Menu-Setup or insome cases a long press of the blue button.


NOTE YOU NEED A HARD DRIVE OR USB INSTALL TO RUN CROSS EPG OR IT WILL CRASH

1. Start crossepg if you see your hdd or usb on top option your ok.

2. Scroll and select the EPG's you want and click ok click yes to auto load on boot and auto daily download and select a time.. Then green to save

3. Press the blue button for extras. Start automated task when it finishes reboot and you should now have a 7 day epg.

It seems to me you have a bug, when I select a channel, for example if I click on the button 6 does not change the channel that is in position 6

crossepg in v3

i'm using v3 and cant get srossepg to work. installed and downloaded the necessary providers, but on other images there's an option to change epg.dat to ext-epg.dat to pick up the crossepg data. that option doesnt seem to exist in this image.

anyone tell me how to change the epg file to make it work?

Sorry for may little englis, my process work fine but not save epg.dat in directory usb.
In directory /media/usb/crossepg there is a file est.dat.epg.
If i rename this file and copy it in /media/usb , epg work fine.
But..why plugin not copy with the correct name the file in media/usb?

Not 100% sure but as others have it working it has to be a setup glitch did you set it to sore the EPG on USB ?

yes. i set the save epg in usb but it work on directory EPG CROSS, outside this not there file epg.dat
