HD-TM800 Freaks V3

Here (according to latest SVN) version of TM800 image.

Mp3 and images can be opened play present /
TS is also, mpg / avi / mkv and co will unfortunately not yet
CCcam files updated
CIFS enabled (needs to be mounted by hand using telnet)
HDF Toolbox V3 installed
otherwise trifles adapted ... etc..

Name the TM800_update_V3.bin simply in TM800_update.bin then you can flash it.

TM800-18-03-11-skinny-URDW-HD

This image is based on the UR SVN revision 386, NOT the latest SVN revision 402, which means its based on the UR image 18_TM800_update.

This has a HD skin as default, with the coloured button green screen issue fixed at source level. Audio button green screen fix available via DW ppanel.

A LOT of un-needed files are also removed at source level.

All of the usual DW image EPG goodies are also imstalled
A new EPG sources file installed so there is a minimal chance up updating failing, nobody has reported a failed update while using this file

HD skin NOT removed to improve performance, instead, un-needed and duplicated files have been removed.

With EVERYTHING needed to run all the DW extras installed, including rats plugin and a channel list, this image still runs using less memory than the 19_TM800_update-UR image

After downloading the DW ppanel, if you run the Cleaner from the temp fixes menu, you will see a LOT of errors, dont panic, this is because these files were removed at source and are not there for the cleaner to remove

Based on the 08-03 DW Beta, but with a few performance enhancing tweaks

In this image core of internal sata hard disk has been changed is not working properly.
use external hard disk is ok
in next image internal pvr will be fixed
or use 18-03-11 DW or ur image internal hard disk is ok

Fixed
- Adapted the newest SVN
- Added udev ( not working yet ) - for DS Devices Panel
- Fixed Emu autostart
- Fixed sometime green screen when no signal when user press Blue button
- Added support to play mp3 by Menu-> File Manager ( it support view txt files, copy/move/permissions/delate/rename/new file/new directory, playing all multimedia files by DS Media Manager ( need to GST Plugin to work.... ) TXT downlaoder for movies + to SRT converter :)
Use .ts is ok but othere formats might bot be staible but will be fixed

DW customisations
DW Live ppanel installer

Install EPG from ppanel
Run cleanup script from ppanel 'Temp fixes' option

If you only use one storage device, it will get mounted as

no matter how its connected (internal SATA or front/rear USB)

If you have an internal drive AND a rear USB device, the internal drive is mounted as

and the rear USB device is mounted as

Also included is the ability to mount a networked share, this is mounted as

after booting, telnet into your receiver, and type the command

where, 192.168.1.3 is the IP of the storage (PC) and /films is the name of the shared folder

   Some recommendations for flashing and using this image

    Prior to flashing, do a full factory reset on your existing image, and turn the power off for 30 seconds.
    It is recommended (but not essential) to have some form of USB storage in the REAR USB socket if you have an internal HDD fitted.

    OK, now down to the image

    Flash as normal, all the usual DW graphics are present, one or 2 little tweaks to the wizard, green screen (which you hopefully wont get to see) and some of the DW customisations of the skin have been carried out. The default skin font has been changed, which should hopefully sort out the issue with some special carachters.

    The usual EPG importer has had its files and working messed about with to work with the new python scripts. Same with EPG search, autotimer and a few other little bits.

    a new and improved webinterface has been installed, but, live streaming is still an issue

    One of the biggest changes in this image is the Cool TV Guide, or should i point out, the lack of it.

    Cool TV Guides source files are completley closed, and as it was compiled withan older version of python, its not compatible with the new python, ive tried everything for 2 days.

    You can still import the EPG and use the Graphical multi EPG though

    A word of warning. Due to the new python, installing untested plugins can put your receiver into a crash loop, and only a reflash will recover it. All of the pre installed plugins within this image have been tested to death, and in some cases (EPG import being one) had their file structure changed to ensure compatibility

TM 800 WS/UR Image with added EPG Importer and CoolTV guide

This has got to be the fastest TM800HD image currently available. Faster Zapping! TM800HD on speed :zoom:

Image is based on UR release 04-05-11 with Pyton 2.6 integrated.

Its a clean UR image, all that has been added is EPG Importer and CoolTV guide. This is not a backup, so the startup wizard is all intact.

EPG Importer and CoolTV guide are accessed by pressing yellow button. Coolepg can also be accessed by holding down EPG button on remote.

To use the EPG importer press Yellow > Blue > Select the EPG sources your require. Then press Green. Press yellow for first manual download. Note that first manual download can take a min or two to start, so be patient.

Warning

Please Read before downloading this image if you want to be happy with total performance.
we teased and followed bellow instruction no problem at all

How to download by USB ONLY to TM-800 HD
1-Save tm-800 image in USB do not use inside folder re name like this ****> TM800_update.bin
2-Turn on from rear
3-As soon as you see starting press stand by button many times see mini root and wait
4-Wait until you See box ip in the front panel scrolling then press menu button .
it will take about 2 minutes to download about 60MB see success then take USB out. wait for re boot

5-Do full factory reset .
3-Fallow wizard and download default channel list {if hard disk or wifi leave it for after ignore at this moment }
4-Turn off from rear for one minute
5-Test all functions test all channels motor as many functions as you can when test completed 100% fully satisfied
6-Use only external USB hard disk{or seagate 2.5 inch up to 500gb tested ok }press on USB button to find hard disk and format it
7-use wifi setting {optional } .
8-If above has problem Download 14-06-2011 again by USB ..may be image was not downloaded properly or was corrupted.,
9-After full installation if you are happy no problems then you add anything from outside blue panel but do it one at
the time if problem repeat USB download again.
