need help on dreambox 600pvr

can someone give me a solution on my dm600pvr it always goes directly to transpondar scan, withouth providing satellite configuration in the service saerching.and have try two diffrent image but stll can't solve this problem ,please kindly assist.:mecry:

Hello mate

After you set the time zone, you see one of these options

1.No Diseqc for a single LNB Setup.

2.Simple For a the setup of 2 Lnb’s

3.Complex for Diseqc 1.2 or Usuals/Goto X

Is this not happening?

If not are you flashing a backup image?

If not select one of the above to suit your dish.

Then you must do the scan or you can not proceed any further, after the scan you can fine tweak your usuals settings etc.

I scan the sat my dish was left on.

If you have flash a configured backup image then you wont see those options, please tell us what image you flashed.

Hi,i am flashing it using a serial rs232 cable & dreamup,& i used TDW image & merlin.and that how its came with it original image no option for satellite configuration.please kindly assist me.thanks.

Try the image i linked to.

Does the images you flashed allow you to get as far as using the menu?

If so Menu-setup-service searching-sat config is the option you want.

But after flashing you must complete one scan before it lets you proceed to menu. So do the transponder scan when it takes you there.
