Favpip v1.9.4

New versions, specially for those using SIFTEAM images.

RELELASE 1.9.4 - RC for 2.0.0

- plugin now reads skin colors and images on SIFTEAM image
- Normal spaces between rows for those who uses 'CRASH Polish fonts'. Fonts have too big paddings, plugin fixes that.
- plugin version is shown in the bottom right corner

- plugin now reads skin colors and images on SIFTEAM image
- found PANIC cause. PANIC is on window destruction when it is bigger then screen.
solutions:
set lower number of elements with config option 'general.elements_number'
set lower number of lines for long plugin description with option 'general.long_display.lines'
- PANIC should not happen for those who uses 'CRASH Polish fonts'. Fonts have too big paddings, plugin fixes that.
- plugin version is shown left of author name

Changes in this version:
========================
- fixed incorrect displaying of channel list when recording (channels were shown to which switching was not possible),
especially when not all channels are available on both tuners.
- when a recording is active it's no longer allowed to switch into PiP mode (just enforces a restriction from sbox).

- New Feature: Get Information for movies from IMDb.org

How to use it:
On any selected channel, press the FAV button on the remote.
A new window opens allowing you to select a movie from EPG.
After that you get a new window showing a list of all movies on IMDb matching the movie name from epg.
Select any of those movies to get detailed information for it.
You can also scroll the longplot text with the volume control on the remote.

- Remember list position after switching mode from/to live/pip
- RCL button on remote is now also working correctly after using favpip
- EPG data is now also loaded/updated when switching to channels in PiP mode
- By default Rewind and FastForward buttons are used for scrolling text now, not Volume keys
- Remote buttons used for scrolling texts are now configurable, see config example for more information

- Fixed Bug: Correctly Handle UTF-8 in the EPG texts and Channel names, cyrillic names do not get cut too early now
(Thanks to uncle_f for reporting and helping to solve)
- Added: New config settings for osd width of plugin, and max number of characters allowed to be diplayed for epg event name
- Fixed Bug: Too high config setting for epg_max_event_name_len lead to panic
- Fixed Bug: Possible panic when incorrect skin names are used in the plugin (for example due to wrong configuration)
