Oscam AZBox 1.20-Rev.7920 for Opensat firmware

- Changeset [7920] by gf
build: Build only enabled card readers.
- Changeset [7919] by gf
config: Allow card reader enable/disable to work.
- Changeset [7918] by gf
config: Add card readers configuration.
The configuration allows enabling and disabling of individual card
reader drivers.
This commit is just a preparation it'll start to work in the next few
commits.

compilation in html, man and txt formats.
-In folder "OpenXCAS-exemple-" is present file "module.seq",
need edit it if you use others emu, remember to use symbol #
before the names of no-active emu.
-In folder "OpenXCAS-exemple/oscamCAS" are present exemple files
generated during compilation and added file openxcas.conf.
-In folder "OScam 1.20" or "OpenXCAS-exemple/oscamCAS"
is present build oscam file to put in "/PLUGINS/OpenXCAS/oscamCAS"
with chmod 755.
-Details about Active modules in Info file
