REMOVED DISTRIBUTE ECM - does not work!
ecm-cache size <> cw cache size causes timeouts
multiple same ecm-requests from same client cause segfaults
different reader working different causes bad results
->we need an own ecm cache or a central ecm queue!!

WebIf: just restart proxies after editing. Hardware readers make trouble. This have to be fixed in function restart_cardreader() (if possible)
