Is high Symbol Rate possible with DM800???

Dear Experts

I have DM 800 with (Alps BSBE2 DVB-S2 tuner) and i am unable to find signal at 100.5E of HD channels which has the symbol rate of 40700-2/3 8PSK. I heard somewhere that old tuner of DM800 would be unable to get searched these high symbol rate frequencies . Though i might have not aligned my dish properly but now there is doubt in mind that these symbol rate will work on my dm or not.

If that work then ok i ll try and re-tune my dish otherwise please advise the solution in terms of setting or addon or plugin or any other solution .

Or the only solution is the tuner change if yes then should i go for tuner change or dm800 change as only tuner change might lead to hardware compatibility issues.

the tuner of the 800 HD in DVB-S2 covers 10 - 31 Mbauds (8PSK)and even the new Tuner of the DM 800se covers the same range. They do not go any higher except of course in DVB-S Mode which in that case covers up o 45Mbaud/s

Bro i just searched DM800 Pro has the tuner to work on this issue.
