I lose signal when i change channel dreambox 800hdse clone!

Hi everybody,

I have got a problem with my dreambox800HDSE clone, sometimes i lose my signal when i change channel without particular raison!!I have try my dreambox with three different parabol, i have 6 different image and always same problem. It is very random.My brother has the same dreambox and he have no problem...
Maybe someone can help me

It could possibly be the tuner on its way out.

i have change the tuner by a new!!a i have try the tuner of my brother and same problem...

Are you using a switch on multi lnb ? Could also be a possible cause.

i have a double LNB astra and Hotbird with disecq switch but i lose signal with two channel of the same sattelite/lnb

Well you seem to have checked it all with your brothers box and his tuner so there is not really much more I can suggest.
