I bought new TuxSim for DM 800

I bought a new TuxSim and I tested yesterday it works like a charm everything original works I tested with the last original ICVS from IHAD with the last original boot loader, also all plugins works without problems: webinterface, mytubeplayer, vlcplayer,softwaremanagement. Also I made an online update and its all fine.

I am not sure but I installed the iCVS-Image-DM800 vom 21.11.2011 I am not sure but the kernel was 2.6 and something other is this the new kernel ?

There is not yet a Tux Sim for DM800SE its only for DM800 it works with original images without any modification you can install directly in your box like in original box you can make an online update and any other things this is called a dumb card. I have installed now the original ICVS with Enigma 2 3.2.1 with Kernel 2.6.18. I hope that I was clear with information the discution is open .

since I am interested to get one for myself, can you write here only 2 significant differences now when you use "original" image with previous "patched" one?

I will be clear. With SIM 2.01 you can install only patched images and not the original because you risk the Error 01 that block the sim, but with Tux Sim you can only use original images and not the patched images because you risk the Error 01.

I will be clear. With SIM 2.01 you can install only patched images and not the original because you risk the Error 01 that block the sim, but with Tux Sim you can only use original images and not the patched images because you risk the Error 01.

Original images can be used on any genuine Dreambox.
Patched image are modified original images and can only be used on clone boxes.​

Let me explain the differences. Dream Multimedia its an registered brand and serious company from Germany they have their own products and the Chinese companies copied their technology and sell devices with the name of Dream Multimedia products without their permissions so this is illegal and Dream Multimedia with other programer groups make images that are compatible only with original products for blocking and fighting Chinese products, so the original images have inside code parts that block the compatibility with clone products but the programers that produce the clone devices can find this parts inside the code and can remove them or can reprogram that part in mode that original images can be used on clone devices but many time during this process not all of parts can be used without problems for example with images for clones there are problems with some plugins that are: softwaremanger, mytubeplayer, vlcplayer and with webinterface other things problematic are new drivers that are not always compatible and other things. Note: I am not denying the work of any one here because I am a user of clones and I am very satisfied but I am just explain the real problems that any one here have with their boxes. Thanks

I know who Dear Multimedia is...seems to me you do not understand my question, and normally, original image goes to original DM, patched goes to cloned DM...that's clear. I am asking regarding the images it selves! Is it faster, maybe more stable, does original image has some features clone doesn't...anything? maybe wash dishes?
simply, why to buy this "original" SIM which is pirated as well, instead to use 2.10? Looks to me another waste of money
With this TuxSim, you started to sound like you have original one

for sure they are more stable more fast and every thing work on there without problems. I edit my post in up with the problems that have patched images.
