how can fix my sunray tuner 800se ?

Please Brothers,how can fix my sunray tuner 800se after off service how to get the tuner 800se play again.I use this image
Nemesis2-4-dm800se-Sunray-sr4-ramiMAHER.nfi after 1 maybe year and i don`t any problem.But now is not read .
I have 4 satellite ASTRA A ,hotbird B Eutelsat 16 C and HEllasat 39 D and the other receiver is not problem.What the F*** its happen?

are you getting any error message on the led screen or does it just say tuner empty

no say tuner Failed.

May or may not help but the tuner is in a slot try taking it out and reseating it.

So all channels are of any signal showing ?
