Help with Dreamstream

Hi all,

I cant access my box via http by putting in the ip address. I can ping the box upload channel list FTP, but just not access via the web, always getting page cannot be displayed.

Hi mate

Is this on local lan or from a remote location over the net?

Anyway on your remote

Menu - Plugins open the web-interface plugin and make sure all the settings are correct to allow access.

If you trying to connect from a remote site over the net you will need to open port 80 on the IP of your 800 in your router.

Maybe you are on a wifi and your hotspot do not allow connections between wireless and wired devices?

Any firewall?

Thanks for the advice so far but what plugin should I be looking for as I can seem to find one the turns on web browsering and I have not luck connecting to the box Im trying to access via my home network if that help on the information side of things.

Could it be the image thats causing the problem as it did work at some point as I was also using dreamstream.

Hi mate

Its possible depending on your image the web-inter face plugin is not installed.

If it not there in the plugins menu.

Menu-plugins press the green button while on that menu and download it.

What is it your trying to do with the 800 ?
