Help With 4.8 Degree East Channels

I am currently having problem with some of the channels in 4.8 degree east most especially the FTA Channels such as PG and PB.
I can watch this channels on my dreambox 500s as FTA but on my VU Duo with Open pli Beta image i cant watch it.

I have scan several time but no joy.
Can someone tell what is the problem with

Are you using a channel list or have you manually scanned the sat ?

What signal strenght does the VU show on these channels ?

Am currently using Cateye settings, on both PB and PG the signal is 98 percent but show a key sign as if it a pay channels. I can also watch some FTA free on that satalite but PG and PB were not showing.
I also tried to manually scan the satallite but it said done within one minutes which is is not good.
Anything am not doing right here?

PB = Private Blue = Blue Hustler
PG = Private Gold = Hustler TV Europe

How come am receiving these channels on my dreambox 500s and i cant received it on my vuduo?
secondly, how can i please instal this s,bin file on my vuduo so that i can receive the channel.

Probly you ready had the keys file in the your dreambox all redy. First you nead to install the emu like mgcam or cccam etc...then download the latest k e y s file then please have look in this link

Please not keys file now goes in ushare/keys insted of var/keys
