help for back-up cfg

Hi !
A friend of mine got a clone box DM500 with Gemini 3.6 and a working c-line . due to old Gemini he asked me to change it to a newer one like Gemini 4.7 no time bomb or Sif Team or Nabilo.
I connected it via DCC with name and passw and get this message : Telnet Connected and FTP Connected after a while FTP component not ready. If I try to FTP a blanked page appear on left side of DCC and downstairs this message :
> PORT 127,0,0,1,14,5
< 200 PORT command successful. Consider using PASV.
> LIST -al
I wonted to backup its cfg to reload later,but now I'm stuccked
If someone can advice me what to do is welcome

Strange

Try another FTP program Filezilla for example. It will eliminate DCC having a problem or the seller has somehow stopped FTP

I've solved the problem with Filezilla.
Maybe was a trick done by seller, my idea
