What's this mess Dream-Multimedia?! . My 500HD box worked for only one week . I didn't change anything. just working with official image!. What's this GREEN LED of DEATH?

As a customer, I want an explanation. I know you will change my BOX or Repair it but why such a huge BUG should be on this model?! . Don't you have any Q.C , Test team or something?!

It happens to my other friends too- Many of them .

DMM have alway had the public beta test its receivers mate.

Not many models hit the end user without fault.

In your case it is hardware fault and DMM do not like to own upto that. Just return it to your dealer mate, i hope you have better luck with the next one.

After receiving the new one, Definitely I'll go for VU+ . It's enough for me.I miss my old 500+ .

It's really easy for you to say return it to the dealer but you know that's not gonna happen in some sat receiver forbidden countries I got he same problem but couldn't do anything to send it back

DMM Dubai have changed me new box, the first one was dead after flshing with dreamElite...It work's fine now with Ooozoon since 30 days... I advise every body to don't buy this dm500 HD.
