hello,i have read the post on how to repair no ca found,but i have just noticed the mini conection has come off the motherboard,can it be done another way please any help on this.

Reading it again do you mean the mini usb connector or the miniflash button ?

I doubt youll recover that with just the ethernet cable unless you have the miniflashup button but not all se have them, so youll need to try solder the miniusb socket back on.

hello,i managed to get the mini usb soldered back on.it was returned to me flashed with a patched clone image.i was told it was an original,can i flash an original on it or will i get the error no ca found again.any advice please

Its a clone then take it up with your supplier.

You can only use patched images for the sim type you have sim2 or Ferrari it should tell you what sim you have on front screen as you boot from cold.

hello ferret its not the suppliers its someone i brought from a friend.i want to change the image cos i dont like the one thats on.the lcd front panal does not light up so i cant read the http mode is there another way i can flash the box.thanks

Yeah you can use dreamup with just the mini usb cable but it is slow..

Make sure you use the correct image for your sim type.
