Error 0x0008

Hi,

Since today, box of a friend stays blocked on boot image, telnet is working and here is the error.

Feb 1 04:09:02 vusolo2 user.err kernel: ^[[0;35m[CI]:^[[0;0munknown cmd 0x0008

Image installed is pbnigma, others won't boot.

Just reinstall pbnigma then.

Is this box a clone ?

sometimes the VU does'nt update all kernel ( if diffrence are to big).
If you try a new image.
flash it 2 times and pull the power cord before you flash the 2nd time ( let the first flash finish, before you pull the cord), to empty out any data in memmory.

My friend bought the box last year on ebay, so I think it's a clone (don't know how confirm this).
We tried to flash it 2 times as described by ca1ne, but no change.
