Pressing the green button does nothing. I push the 'ok' button and now under Softcam Settings I can see:
Select softcam --> OSCam_11.726-r798
Restart--> Restart softcam
Show Oscam in extensions --> No

click on oscam_11.726-r798 & then green button (save). Make sure you are on a channel with powervu encryption. oscam does not work on any other encryption type.

that's because you need to config some files into the box. you can do that with software in your computer:
"DCC-E2". You must have 4 files in /etc/tuxbox/config folder; these are named:
oscam.config
oscam.server
oscam.user
SoftCam.key
all with 755 attribute.
your .ipk file installed those 4 files with the infos of the maker the file. you need to update these files with your infos. Can you see the status of the oscam on the webif screen on your computer by logging into the box ip ?

Yes it does with some biss types, but you must have biss keys into SofCam.key file setup for the particular channel.

You will also need another software in you computer to save and load your personal satellite/channels list=database. I'm prety sure you have a general (world wide) list loaded into your box. see your pm.

I used Filezille to check file permissions and all are 755.

If I use webif do you mean to use terminal there?

stop running oscam, copy arm32 oscam to H8 combo box via winscp, and chmod 755 within new oscam, but this new oscam nothing go work

used 800HD se replace oscam no problem anytime, when i bought zgemma H8 combo want test new oscam not work.

my way do like that

1, install image openatv 7.3 to H8 combo first

2, Copy OpenATV_softcam_feed_v9.0.ipk or softcam-feed-universal_4.8-r0_all.ipk to /var/volatile/tmp , then go install local exten install ipk file

3, Go plugin press green donwload softcam-----find 11718 oscam-emu install , example 192.168.0.113:83 is running well start for autoroll

4, donwload OScam/EMU arm32 (DM900/920/all-VU4K, armv7) and copy 11726 oscam to winscp tool, when i stop 11718 and run 11726 oscam , 192.168.0.113:83 not work

what is wrong or which part need solve? thanks
