Important announcement about the lastest Dreamset 2.26
All the users of dreamset should read this
Dreamset and Signal meter dialog
In Dreamset version 2.26 the 'Signal' button it should be disabled but I forget it enabled
So, when you press this button dreamset detects your box as a Neutrino PPC and not as ARM, therefore uploads incorrect files to your box. All the files having name dreamset.* in your /var/tuxbox/plugins folder are useless and you can delete it.
The only function is implemented for Coolstream is the meter of SNR, AGC and BER. In order to dreamset show these values you should do the following.
1. Close dreamset windows application.
2. Take the file named "arm_plugin.server" located in Dreamset windows folder and upload it to your box for example at /sbin
3. chmod 755 /sbin/arm_plugin.server
4. start the service by typing "/sbin/arm_plugin.server -s &" without the quotes
5. Open dreamset windows application and start signal meter, you should get the meter of snr,agc and ber.
Dreamset Signal meter first tries to connect to the box, if cannot connect then tries to install the files. So before press the button, start the service to avoid the upload of the incorrect files.
You can have two dreamset windows one to zap to services by pressing space bar and the other to watch the signal of the selected service.
Dreamset signal meter should not affect other Neutrino functions.
For those who all the above are very complicated, simply do not try it.
All the other functions (motor,tune,search etc) exist in the dialog do not work at the moment.
